High-Tech Materials
Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UPE) is a polymer compound with excellent characteristics: it is self-lubricating, which has high abrasion resistance and excellent weather resistance, preserving high impact resistance and toughness even in the extreme climates. It is light in weight but extremely hard, also 15 times stronger than steel. It has been widely used in textiles, food, sports, medical treatment, construction, aerospace, and military weapons in the R&D industry.
Ultra High Molecuar Weight Polyethylene
Strong Weather Resistance
and Toughness
Maintains excellent impact strength even at the temperature of liquid nitrogen (-196℃), has stable chemical properties, strong aging resistance, is highly effective at electrical insulation, it can also resist the most corrosive and organic media within certain temperature and concentration ranges.
Impact and
Abrasion Resistance
Better than carbon steel, brass, and other metal materials, possessing tens of times the strength and tensile properties of ordinary polyethylene, puncture resistance, and cutting resistance. Its impact resistance is the highest among plastics.
Superiority
Low friction coefficient, good self-lubrication, and hydrophobic; minerals containing water do not easily adhere. It is biologically inert, possesses high compatibility and durability, and has been used to make heart valves, surgical replacement parts, artificial joints, and other medical applications.
Extension Material
Ultra-elastic high-molecular polyethylene of cut-resistant knitted fabric
Black, white, and gray are available (customizable)
With its cut and abrasion resistance, ultra-elastic high-molecular polyethylene can be reprocessed into backpacks, briefcases, scarves, cut-resistant sleeves, and even fall protection belts.
Extension Material
Ultra-elastic high-molecular polyethylene of cut-resistant yarn
Black, white, and gray are available (customizable)
Yarn made of ultra-elastic high-molecular polyethylene has high strength and extremely high durability, which is suitable for reprocessing into materials like special core-spun yarn, and is the optimal material for cables, flame-resistant ropes, safety nets, and other gear.
