At DHS Innotech, product development begins at the raw material stage. We conduct in-depth research into the composition, structure, and physical properties of weaving materials. After UHMWPE yarn is drawn, it is woven using our in-house production line, which is optimized based on the requirements of each final product.​​

All finished products are sample-tested at NIJ-certified ballistic testing agencies to meet globally recognized U.S. NIJ standards. This ensures traceable, feasible production records and consistent ballistic performance.

We offer customized UD fabric solutions—such as 1UD, 2UD, 4UD, and 6UD—based on client needs. We also provide tailored options for different areal densities and can adjust processing parameters, shapes, layers, and bonding methods to deliver the most effective configuration for each application.
